Funerals & Memorial Ceremonies

From spiritual to secular, I offer a ceremony that meets your needs.

The death of a loved one brings into your life a transition full of sadness and conflicting emotions. With 18 years of experience of planning funerals that celebrate the life of your loved one I will assist you in planning the ceremony your loved one deserves, which honours their life and supports you in your grief.

These days your choice is not limited as it once was, and I am able to help you plan your ceremony for a crematorium, cemetery, natural woodland site or other situation. I can offer guidance on the often perplexing decisions to be made. Music, words, silence and actions can all be incorporated into the ceremony you desire.

Your ceremony can be entirely spiritual, completely non-spiritual or something in between. Whatever your choice I am happy to help you deliver a ceremony that is right for you and will provide you with a memorial script of what has been said to mark this important transition.

Memorial Ceremonies

Perhaps a funeral ceremony is not right for you. Your loved one may have requested a small private funeral and so a memorial ceremony is the appropriate alternative. Or you may want to mark a significant anniversary following the death of a loved one with a memorial ceremony. Whatever your reason, I can assist you in the planning and delivery of your ceremony at a venue to suit your needs.

Child and Baby Funerals

Any death is difficult to deal with, but the loss of a child at any age can be particularly painful. With much experience of supporting families through this loss and in conducting such ceremonies I can help guide you through the planning. There are no fees for these ceremonies.
