A naming ceremony or adoption ceremony is one way of welcoming this new life and sharing your joy and expectations with your family and friends. Very often these ceremonies are held in your own home, but can also be at another venue of your choice. I will work with you to help you plan the type of ceremony appropriate for you and your circumstances. From music and poetry to promises to your child there is much that we can include to make your day extra special. While you are unable to have traditional ‘godparents’, you can if you wish have ‘guide parents’ and they too can make promises to your child and receive a presentation certificate.
